FAQ

Salt & Bone is made from whole muscle cuts, hand sliced into real strips of meat. Nothing is pressed, formed, or engineered. What you’re getting is a clean cut, naturally smoked and built for texture and depth of flavor.

Every batch is hickory smoked in our Colorado smokehouse using real hickory wood, not liquid smoke or artificial flavoring. We control time and temperature carefully to develop flavor without drying the meat out. The result is a jerky that stays meaty, chewy, and balanced

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. You can reach us by emailing hello@saltandbonejerky.com.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and fourteen international destinations. We hope to expand our list of international shipping destinations in the near future, so please stay in touch.

Your order confirmation email should arrive within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please email us at hello@saltandbonejerky.com and a customer service associate will resend a copy.

We do our best to package all shipments as securely as possible. Occasionally, some damage may be noted as a result of a rough journey to your doorstep. Simply send us an email at hello@saltandbonejerky.com and include any photos of the damage. We will be happy to help right away!
